Bharti Airtel BSE share price today: Telecom giant Airtel has demanded additional tariff changes throughout the industry to maintain investment flow and establish long-term value growth.

The company emphasized in its third quarter earnings release that tariff adjustments serve as key elements to maintain sector growth and bolster upcoming infrastructure projects.

Bharti Airtel stock price is ₹7,545.6 crore during the quarter ending December 31, 2024 which included a ₹14,322.5 crore gain from the business combination of Indus which comprised ₹10,702.5 crore from fair valuation of the group's existing stake in Indus and reversal of right to use assets and lease liabilities related to Indus; reversal of provision created for input tax credit on passive infrastructure services leading to ₹128.5 crore gain; net foreign exchange gain of ₹1,193.6 crore due to currency appreciation in group subsidiaries and charges of ₹6,358.6 crore on regulatory levies and ₹1,740.4 crore from impairment of intangible assets.

Bharti Airtel Q3 net profit is 24.6% year-on-year in India which resulted in total earnings of ₹34,654 crore. EBITDA surged by 32.3% to ₹19,850 crore compared to the same quarter last year with a margin of 57.3%. The EBITDAaL value increased by 35.3% reaching ₹17,641 crore while its margin reached 50.9%. The company achieved an EBIT figure of ₹9,961 crore which represented a margin of 28.7%. India's customer base expanded to about 414 million with the quarter's capital expenditure amounting to ₹7,980 crore.

Bharti Airtel experienced a 21.4% YoY increase in mobile revenues because of the lasting effects from previous tariff increases alongside its emphasis on attracting high-value customers through premium offerings. Bharti Airtel ARPU of ₹245 in Q3 2025 through this method which was ₹37 higher than the ₹208 average in Q3 2024.

As of September 30, 2024 the company achieved a lower net debt-EBITDA ratio of 2.26 times compared to the previous 2.50 times annualized level. Following the Indus consolidation the reported net debt-EBITDA ratio reached 1.98 times.
